Me
Hi, my name is Vicky and I am a personal development coach with a knack for moving people forward in their lives. Upon leaving school I began training as an accountant, but soon realised I am more of a people person than a number cruncher and waved goodbye to that career.
After qualifying and working as a Careers Advisor in Cheshire, I surprised family and friends by throwing caution to the wind and accepted the offer of a temporary work visa in New Zealand. Initially taking an adult gap year I then settled down to work as a successful recruitment consultant in Auckland and qualified as a Life Coach, gaining qualifications accredited by the Australian education system.
On the expiry of my work visa I returned to the UK and delivered adult education life coaching courses at a Cheshire College while studying for an adult teaching qualification. I am now concentrating on writing life coaching articles for a magazine and coaching private clients either on a one to one basis or at small workshops. My workshops cover communication skills, goal setting, confidence building, self-worth, values, decision making and positive thinking which are areas of their lives I find most individuals have some issues with.
Most recently I have been licenced to deliver life coaching workshops based on the wisdom of Susan Jeffers as presented in her bestselling book, Feel the Fear and Do it Anyway. For more information on these go to the
workshops
page.
